The LaserQC laser inspection system has been designed specifically for the precision fabrication industry to provide the ability to quickly and accurately scan and or produce 1st Article Inspection on any flat part during the initial phases of manufacturing.
The LaserQC system incorporates a Class IIIA eye-safe laser to digitally communicate via a retro reflective material designed into the table chassis. By placing a part on the LaserQC scanning table and selecting the scan feature, the system will immediately activate the laser and begin reading the part into the computer system. In a matter of seconds the system can provide a CAD operator with a reverse-engineered geometry file required to incorporate NC code with their CAM applications, while eliminating the costly procedures and time restraints of drawing the part. The inspection features provided by the LaserQC is accomplished by simply comparing the scanned image to the CAD generated DXF that was used to develop the part.
