Overlanders buddy system is a knowledge, sharing method used to orient new employees. When you are hired at Overlanders you will be assigned a workplace buddy. The buddy is an existing employee who will guide you through the first few weeks or months on the job. The buddy is a great tool to share tips, tricks, and knowledge. During your first month of employment, you will even get to go for lunch on us!
