🚨 Emergency Procedures & Safety Information
At Overlanders Manufacturing, your safety is our top priority. Please take a moment to review the following emergency procedures:

Your host is your primary contact in case of an emergency. Your host will assist you during evacuation and ensure your safety. You may also notify reception or any staff member for assistance.

If you see smoke or fire, please notify your host or a staff member immediately.
Follow exit signs and evacuate the building using the nearest safe route.
Proceed directly to the designated muster point
Do not re-enter the building until cleared by emergency personnel or authorized staff.

In the event of an earthquake, please follow these safety guidelines:
Remain calm and stay where you are.
If indoors, drop to the ground, take cover under sturdy furniture, and hold on until the shaking stops.
Stay away from windows, heavy objects, and overhead hazards.
If outdoors, move to an open area away from buildings, trees, and power lines.
After the shaking stops, wait 60 seconds, evacuate the building if safe to do so and proceed to the designated muster point.
Report any injuries or hazards to your host or a staff member immediately.

In the event of an alarm, follow the nearest exit signs and proceed to the designated muster point located on the south-west side of the parking lot.

First aid attendants are on-site and can be reached through any employee.

Do not enter any restricted or marked hazardous zones unless accompanied by authorized personnel.

For your safety and in compliance with Overlanders Manufacturing’s workplace standards, all visitors and personnel entering the shop floor are required to wear the following PPE at all times:
High-visibility vest
Closed-toe shoes
Safety glasses
If you do not have the required PPE, please speak with your host or reception before proceeding to the shop floor.

For safety and security reasons, guests are not permitted to enter or remain on the shop floor without an Overlanders Manufacturing employee present. Visitors must be accompanied at all times by their host or an authorized staff member.
Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risks

In consideration of OVERLANDERS MANUFACTURING LP ("OMI") permitting the individual(s) named below ("I" or "me") to access and tour OMI's premises (the "Activities"), and for other good and valuable consideration, each of the undersigned agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this "Agreement").
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims which I have or may in the future have against OMI, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), on account of injury, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Activities, due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation the negligence of OMI or any other Releasee, breach of any statutory or other duty of care owing under occupiers liability legislation or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against OMI or any other Releasee and forever release and discharge OMI and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of OMI and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Agreement is binding on and shall enure to the benefit of me and my heirs and next-of-kin, and OMI and its successors and assigns. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
