Equipped with new laser head sensors and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, it offers cutting-edge monitoring and process control features. With Industry 4.0 capabilities, this machine enhances both performance and efficiency, ensuring precision and consistency across all projects.
The PSR 2D is a high-performance, automated picking solution that streamlines the 2D laser material flow. This solution allows the laser machine to operate at full capacity, enabling continuous picking in the third pallet without interrupting the cutting process. This allows us to achieve lights-out operation, ensuring your production runs around the clock with minimal downtime.
Additionally, the Laser Genius+ is capable of cutting up to 1-inch thick stainless steel, making it ideal for high-precision and demanding material cutting needs. With this enhanced cutting capability, we are able to tackle a wide range of projects, ensuring quality and efficiency every time.
Our laser cutting capabilities also feature a powerful 6kW fiber laser system designed for lights-out operation, supported by an automated tower for efficient material handling. This laser accommodates sheet sizes up to 5 feet by 10 feet and can cut steel plate up to 0.625 inches thick, enabling precise and reliable processing for a wide range of applications.
