What happens after I submit my application?
Our HR team reviews all applications. If you’re shortlisted, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
Do you accept general applications?
Yes. If you don’t see a current opening that fits your profile, you can submit a general application for future consideration.
What should I expect during the interview process?
Our process typically includes a phone screen, followed by an in‑person or virtual interview with the hiring manager. For certain roles, you may also complete a skills assessment.
How long does the hiring process take?
Timelines vary by position, but applicants are usually contacted within 1–2 weeks
Do you hire candidates without manufacturing experience?
Yes, for many entry‑level roles we provide full training. Prior experience is an asset but not always required.
Is overtime available?
Overtime may be available depending on production needs and is paid according to BC Employment Standards.
Do I need steel‑toed boots or PPE?
Employees working on the shop floor are required to have steel-toed footwear. Other PPE is provided by the company.
How will I know if I’m selected for the role?
